When they are gone !

The birth of a child brings joy to the household. The cries,the play, the food, the sleep. The entire household starts tuning in their clocks to the child's timings. It's all about them. Fathers constantly working, so they give them a good life, and mothers constantly yearning to nurture. 

The little ones become big princes and princesses of the little kingdoms. However as they grow, they start realizing that they have wings. They test the strength often till they are confident. And one day,

Gone to make their dreams come true. What is left behind are happy memories, lots of love and a hope to re-unite someday.     The straws of the empty nest  prick, but

Welcome reality ! 💥💥💥💥

Many parents find it challenging to manouvre their emotions through this phase.The curtain between childhood and adulthood does not blur for them and they end up in a mess. 

Often parents spoil their relations with their child or end up with mental health issues. It is important that Parents accept the circle of life. They left their parents to grow, and so did their children. Instead of lamenting, It is advisable that they engage in creating an unbreakable bond with the child in early years and then wait for the bond to yield results. 

Parents should be careful while choosing the sun of their universe. This is for two reasons. One,so they dont become a barrier to the child's progress and second, they maintain their sanity. 

Working on self is a great way to tackle the Empty Nest Syndrome. Upgrading & upskilling helps elevate self esteem & also gives a sense of purpose.

Focussing on building a bond with their partner helps too. Someone rightly said, "If you wish to get rid of pain, share someone else's"            Community Service gives joy & greator purpose. 

Life has to move on, no matter who stays or goes. Parents get set to see children soar high, but at the same time, Let them go ! It is nature's order which when reversed may cause trouble.     Do not try to cage them, for Birds ought to fly ! 

Find your own purpose, create your own light, find your own Sun even
